Online Bill Pay makes it easy for you to manage your Rowland Water District account. Make a one-time payment or create an account through the customer portal where you can view statements, bill history and schedule automatic payments. If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options. If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore service, payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.

Call our 24 hour automated number at (877) 810-0273. If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore services payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.

By Mail

Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check or money order in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill.

In Person Payment

Water bill payments may be made at Rowland Water District’s office. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.

Drop-Box Payment: For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a drop-box for check and money order payments located in the parking lot. Please do not leave cash in the drop box. Payments received in the drop box after 7:15 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.
