Rowland Heights, CA (June 18, 2021) – As state and local officials lift restrictions designed to limit the spread of COVID-19, Rowland Water District will reopen the District office lobby to customers on a limited basis.
Starting Monday June 21, customers can visit www.rwd.org to schedule an appointment to visit the Rowland Water office. This will allow customers to book a 30-minute window to meet staff face-to-face to discuss water needs and resolve any issues.
“All of us are thrilled to once again offer our valued customers the opportunity to visit us in-person,” said Rowland Water District General Manager Tom Coleman. “We are hopeful that the worst of the coronavirus pandemic is behind us and we will be able to resume full lobby access soon.”
The Rowland Water District lobby has been closed to customers since March 2020. By reopening on an appointment-only basis, customers will have ample time to meet with staff while social distancing from others.
