Bill Payment Options

In Person Payment

Water bill payments may be made at Rowland Water District's office. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.

For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a drop-box is conveniently located in the parking lot at the Rowland Water District office. Payments received in the drop box will be processed on the next business day. Checks or money orders only.  Please do not leave cash in the drop box.

Online Payment

Online Bill Pay makes it easy for you to manage your Rowland Water District account! You can view statements online, see payment and usage history, and make one-time or automatic online payments. Payments made before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be posted to your account on the next business day.  Payments made after 5:00 p.m. PST will not be  posted to your account for 48 hours.  If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options.  If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore service, payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.  Click here

Automatic Bill Payment

Rowland Water District customers may have their water bills paid by direct debit from their checking account monthly/bi-monthly. There is no charge from RWD for this service. Call customer service at (562) 697-1726 to request an Auto-Pay enrollment form or click here. Return completed form to District office by either faxing to (562) 697-6149 or e-mailing to Info@RowlandWater.com.

Other Electronic Payment Options

If your financial institution offers either pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking, you have the option of paying your RWD bill through most of these electronic services. For information on availability of pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking, contact your financial institution. There is no need to sign up with RWD for either of these electronic payment options. RWD does not charge for these services. Some banking institutions, however, do charge fees.

Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check or money order in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill.
