Rowland Water District’s Consumer Confidence Report, now available, reflects the District’s core values of transparency, accountability and communication. The 2015 Report compares District drinking water quality to federal and state regulations; it can be viewed online at www.rwd.org/water-quality, or at District headquarters.

“Rowland Water District takes pride in delivering water that consistently meets health and safety standards, as customers will see in this latest Consumer Confidence Report,” General Manager, Tom Coleman, said.

Rowland Water District understands the importance of reliable water service, particularly as the State faces ongoing drought conditions. In addition to informing customers about the quality of the water they drink, the Report provides information about mandatory water use restrictions and infrastructure projects, and how they impact the community.

With the help of its award-winning strategic plan, Rowland Water District has excelled in responding to unprecedented drought conditions.  This includes diversifying its water supply portfolio, enhancing customer service and promoting financial stewardship.
