Managing and paying your water bill just got easier with the introduction of our new bill pay service!

Rowland Water District is excited to announce our new and improved bill pay service. This payment platform features a user-friendly portal and more features than before to view and pay bills online. It’s simple, safe, and secure!

Customers can now:

  • Pay using your e-Wallet, with Google Pay and Apple Pay
  • Pay your water bill anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal
  • Set it and forget it with AutoPay – save time and avoid late or missed payments
  • Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and if you’re on the go
  • Pay over the phone using a landline or mobile device using our 24/7 automated Pay by Phone feature.

To register all you need is the account number and last name of the account holder, found on your billing statement.

Make your online payment today by clicking the “Customer Portal” link below.  As another option, you can also pay by simply dialing toll free (877) 810-0273 to call a secure automated telephone payment system. Payments made before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be posted to your account on the next business day.  Payments made after 5:00 p.m. PST will not be posted to your account for 48 hours.  If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options.  If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore water service, payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.
